Message	. First you can take out the recirks and plug the ports with something. This takes them out of the equation for the moment. You can also attach a vacuumpump to the wastegates. Pump it the vacuum and leave it under the hood. Take a drive and see if it boosts now. Also are you sure your exhaust isnt clogged? Unhook it after the downpipes and take another drive. You have checked all the boostpipes but did you do the plenums themselfs? Injector seals and plenum gaskets? No exhaust leaks form the manifoldgaskets? Did you leave the unused port on the boost solenoid open to free air? If not you need to (Or plumb it back to the intake pre turbo if you want).
